An artist is never not telling a story. It can be with a photo, a film, a painting or a song. Any of the forms of art the creator chooses to express themselves through is telling a narrative of what this person’s experience is. This moment is a holy moment between the experience the person experiencing it and anyone willing to share in that moment.
Story of My Life is an album by T-Doe. The music throughout the project is a mellow vibe and provides for an easy listen. The lyrical content on the self-titled track Story of My Life is uplifting and shares in the positivity movement and is like a track filled with affirmations. This is manifestation at its highest order. The entire project has this electronic/hip hop vibe that is entirely unique and welcomed at a period in which hip hop music has become almost homogenous with its heavy reliance on 808’s and trap like vibes. This project is a rebellion against the mainstream and even so the artist’s profile on streaming profiles shows that fans gravitate to that.
